Who we are

Shopical (“we”, “us”) builds apps for Shopify merchants. This policy covers this website (shopical.co) and support correspondence. Our first app is in development; its app-specific privacy information will be published before launch.

What we collect

• Website delivery and security. Cloudflare processes technical request information, such as IP addresses and browser information, to serve and protect this website.
• Support email. If you email us, we keep the correspondence so we can help you. We do not add you to marketing lists.

Cookies and analytics

The language switcher stores your English or Japanese preference in a cookie. We have not enabled Google Analytics or advertising tracking for this site.

Third parties

Cloudflare serves the website and forwards incoming support email. We use Google Gmail to read and store correspondence and Amazon Web Services to send replies. We do not sell support correspondence or add support contacts to marketing lists without their consent.

Your rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal data we hold about you. Contact us and we will respond promptly.
